ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS:
If you love soft and lightweight shirts, with the right amount of stretch made out of 100% ringspun cotton, then you'll love our Bella + Canvas (or equivalent brand depending on availability and colors) shirts! Heather colors are a polyblend. They're both comfortable and flattering and sure to be a hit for yourself or as a gift! Youth items use the Gildan brand primarily but occasionally Anvil depending on availability.
SIZING:
When measuring a shirt, lay the shirt down on a flat surface and measure across the shirt from armpit to armpit to get the proper chest width. Measure a comfy shirt you already own and compare this to our size chart in order to get a good fit!
- ADULT T-SHIRTS: True to size and super soft and comfortable according to our customers and the manufacturing brand, measure if unsure about sizing.
- WOMEN'S SLIM FIT (available upon request): Form-fitting and side seamed that features a thinner collar than the men's fit. If it is for yourself, measure a comfortable shirt that you currently own and compare it to our size charts to get a proper fit. If you are unsure about sizing or prefer a looser fit, we recommend going a size up in the women's shirts or getting the men's fit instead. Some women have felt that the XS and S in women's ran smaller than other brands.
- YOUTH: We also carry youth sizes! Youth garments are either Gildan or Anvil brands depending on availability.
INKS AND COLORS:
Inks are non-toxic and printed to last. Due to differences in monitors or viewing devices, colors may appear slightly different in person than how it is shown on your computer, tablet, or phone. Ink colors for designs can also be changed upon request, send us a message if you'd like that!
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Items are preshrunk but this doesn't mean they won't shrink at all if improperly cared for. Minimal shrinking may still occur, we recommend washing on cold and tumble drying for best results.
CUSTOM DESIGNS:
We can print your own custom designs or if you'd like a color that you don't see in the dropdown. Please send us a Custom Order Request!
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Check our shipping policies and each listing specifically for current processing/production speeds as it may change during busier times such as holidays.
Items are shipped from the U.S. and come with USPS tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to track items and contact the USPS once shipped for any issues. We are not responsible for items that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for items that are marked as delivered by the USPS.
USA: Shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days to arrive at the final destination once the item is shipped.
CANADA: Once items are shipped, items typically take 6-12 business days to arrive at a destination in Canada.
INTERNATIONAL: Items are shipped using an international carrier and typically take 8-16 business days to arrive at the final destination depending on countries. Specific countries may have custom regulations that result in delays so make sure to know the policies within your country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We completely understand that it can be a challenge to find the perfect size online without being able to try it on before purchase, especially with variations in sizing across thousands of brands. If you need a change due to a defect, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order and let us know. We are unable to accept exchanges after this time period due to the nature of the product. We do charge a fee to exchange an item for a different size so make sure to check the size charts or send us a message to get the sizing right!
